Director of Public Relations, Marketing and Development: Liz Morgan-Lewis

Liz's background is in public relations, with some 27 years' experience, mostly in the public sector, but with some awareness of the private sector too. She has worked in academia, environmental protection, medical research and she is currently working with the Health Protection Agency. The agency, established by the UK Government, protects the health of the public from the risks of communicable disease, biological, chemical, radiological, nuclear and environmental effects. The Agency also works to provide a large part of the Emergency Preparedness and Response capability for the Department of Health.

Liz says: 'I am now in my third year as Director of PR, Marketing and Development, where I feel there is still much work to do to raise our profile further as 'professional women with a social conscience'. Every single member has a role as an ambassador for Soroptimist International, it's such a wonderful organisation to be part of, we have no right to keep it a secret!'
