Honorary Treasurer: June Walker

Originating from Walsall in the West Midlands I trained as a Mathematics Teacher at Southlands College, Wimbledon. I moved to Ilkley in West Yorkshire in 1969 with my husband and four children. In 1978 my husband and I set up a very successful Advertising Agency which we ran for 20 years. My husband had a series of strokes and died in 2003. I became a Soroptimist in 1992 and have held office at club and region level. Retired from full time employment, I am treasurer of a small registered charity. My interests are travel, circle dancing, cosmology, choir, sudoko and scrabble.
