Welcome to our new website!

We are women, from different professions, ages, races, religions, countries and cultures but all of us have a social conscience, which is why we joined Soroptimist International a worldwide organisation for women in management and professions, working through service projects to advance human rights and the status of women.

By exploring this website you will be able to discover more about our activities and projects which seek to improve the lives and experiences of women and girls across the globe. The international organisation currently has over 90,000 members in more than 3,000 clubs in 126 countries and territories. Our Federation, one quarter of the worldwide organisation, comprises some 11,000 members in 28 countries. You can find out more in our ‘About Us’. section

As Soroptimists we work hard to deliver our aims but we play hard too. Members from all across the Federation are looking forward to getting together at the annual conference, which this year takes place in the lovely island of Barbados. Federation President Marguerite Woodstock-Riley who is an attorney at law in Barbados, is looking forward to welcoming members from around the world.

We hope you will find what you are looking for on our site: a chance to get involved, a chance to link with a project you wish to support or simply a chance to find out more about this wonderful organisation of ours which is touching the hearts and lives of people everywhere for the better, every moment of every day.
